Each of our UPS system is fully tested; functional and endurance tests are conducted before leaving the factory.  On arrival and before installation, additional tests are conducted to make sure no damage is made during transportation.  Our on-site service engineers ensure that each UPS is installed properly.  Our 24 hours service hotlines provide solutions to all kinds of possible complications on the floor.

3 years warranties are provided to all of our UPS products in China.  Extended warranties are also very affordable.  Service parts are stocked and available for immediate repair and replacements.  To give our customer the full experience of quality power supply products and services.
